Cimboras at Bátor Tábor
Every year, Bátor Tábor Foundation organizes its therapeutic recreation programs for children with cancer, diabetes, JRA and haemophilia with the help of 420 volunteers. In order to become a part of this huge adventure again and again, half of the volunteers return year after year, which proves how extraordinary this experience is to all those who participate.
If you would like join our camp family, learn more about our organization, give and receive amazing experiences; if you want to become a volunteer, you are over the age of 20 and speak Hungarian, we are looking forward to receiving your application!
As far as the details are concerned, go to the Hungarian language website www. batortabor.hu, which gives you additional information. Surf the page and see what being a volunteer means at Bátor Tábor, what “Cimboras” (“friends” - volunteers in the camp), Chaperones and Interpreters do during the camp sessions, how we train our volunteers (like you, if you apply and become a member of the team), and what experiences you might receive while at camp session.
If you yourself do not speak Hungarian, but you know someone who might be interested, please forward them this link at www.batortabor.hu. Thank you!
